Pulse Melodix is a music creation application designed both as a casual musical instrument for consumers as well as a tool for artists to discover, write and create new melodies and chord progressions.

The interface consists of a grid of buttons that can be enabled in a number of different ways to create sounds.

The default settings will provide a random melodic sound set perfect for casual use or inspiration. But enabling the advanced features allows for complete customization of the tempo, sound sets and visualizations.

Audio Performance

Although visually, Pulse Melodix looks simple, the underlying technology is far from basic.  It’s capable of playing back 16 sounds simultaneously with near real-time sound changes processes as the user interacts with the software.
